As the CEO and Managing Partner of Three Wire Systems, LLC, Dan Frank oversees the operations and strategic direction for the company. Since he founded Three Wire in 2006, the company has expanded its IT solutions to provide telehealth platforms to help veterans with behavioral health and occupational issues.

Dan is the Principal Architect of the VetAdvisor Support Program.   The VetAdvisor Support Program (VetAdvisor) is an evidenced-based telehealth program that improves access and offers traditional and non-traditional (i.e., telephonic and virtual world) delivery platforms for behavioral (e.g., PTSD, TBI, depression) and occupational career coaching.  The program is designed to provide support when and where the Veteran chooses, thus supporting the VA’s Patient Centered Medical Home Care model.  VetAdvisor is an active Department of Veterans Affairs contract.

Dan is passionate about veteran issuesand Three Wire sponsors the National Disabled Veterans WinterSports Clinic and he founded the Send a DVD to Sea Foundation, which sends DVDs to deployed US Navy carrier battle groups. 

 Prior to his business career, Dan served eight years on active duty as a naval officer.
