Ms Evelyn B Milton is the Senior Information Technology Program Analyst at Air University located at Maxwell AFB, Montgomery, AL.   

She is a member of the Innovation and Integrations Division as the AF technology lead for applied research of 3D virtual world technology in education. She has a BS in Business Administration and Computer Science and a Masters Certificate in Program Management. She has worked in the field of advanced distributed learning for the last 14 years. Over the years, her expertise has led to many “firsts” in the Air Force, such as, the development of the first Commissioned Officer Training CD for new recruits, the first multi-media Career Development Course for the Judge advocate General Career field, and the first in-world live video streams for Air University’s Global Learning Forums in a Virtual World.

She is a key member of the vGov project and OSD’s VM.mil initiative. She also played a major role in launching the DoD’s first prototype virtual educational environments known as Huffman Prairie and MyBase.
